I really liked the pilot, but I really did not like the “crazy russian” thing, it’s untrue and just plays into American stereotypes (and stereotypes about Americans), so please stop that… They may have been your enemies during the cold war, but they had some of the brightest minds on the planet working for them and were generally quite sane. (obviously there were exceptions, but the US had/has plenty those as well)

While the acting was a bit wooden, and some of the camera shots a bit shaky, the storyline is rather intriguing. I wish you success with upcoming episodes.

Loved the first episode.. the story has a lot of potential.. even though some minor improvements of the sets would give the whole story more credibility.

Pilot was promising. Acting very good, music and sound very professional. The only thing that was a bit weaker was screenplay. You should maybe release the screenplays to the comminity before actual shooting to avoid the trivial mistakes (with a spoiler warning of course 
. I also wonder why some scenes were cut out? I couldn’t figure out what actually happened in the first part. Maybe a cut on TV news, ambulances with sirens on etc. would help. Keep up the good job.

Loved s01e01, though some of the camera work was shaky. Plan on donating soon. I love the idea of a show funded by those who watch it. Looking forward to hearing about s01e02 coming out! (:

Most impressive! Nicely written and performed dialog — as others have commented, the “documentary camera” style should be canned. (Its actually more enjoyable listened to — like a radio program – than watched (it makes me seasick

The “Stanislav Petrov” story is pretty much true (ocurring 26 September 1983); it was in the middle of a kgb-inspired period of belief the US was about to attack based on inverse wishful thinking (they worked themselves into believing the US was about to attack; seizing on the upcoming “Able Archer” NATO exercises as proof.) The ‘attack event’ wasn’t the sun rising, but bad Soviet infrared satellite sensors. Petrov was in the control room precisely because they didn’t trust their own sensors. But the gist of the story is correct. (The ‘sun coming up’ is probably misremembering a story about NORAD, which put the US on alert when was first activated back in the 1950s — it saw moonrise as a Russian attack.)
